The Nutritious Kitchen is centered around healthy living and balance. There are no diet regimes or detox meal plans here, just real food that’s good for the body and the soul. I have a love affair with baking and challenging myself through fitness…I love a runners high or stretching my way through yoga poses, but I also go nuts for banana bread and baking everyone I know homemade granola. It all balances out somehow.
